LCC seeks the best and the brightest individuals to join our team as we offer Supports Coordination to Persons with Disabilities and Seniors across the Regions of Pennsylvania! As a Supports Coordinator you will impact lives by ensuring that our Consumers receive the services needed to live, learn, work and socialize in their communities. Work is performed in both an office setting (50%) and in the field (50%). Work from home is offered upon completion of training period!
